Volunteer at the Park!
Caring for Pollinators this Earth Day

We need your help spring cleaning native perennial gardens, a pollinator garden, and spreading mulch on a prairie restoration site at the Lussier Family Heritage Center. What better way to usher in Earth Day than to help care for the plants that Wisconsin's pollinators rely on!

Pollinators – including bees, birds, moths, and butterflies – are essential members of the Earth. They provide key ecological services connected to water, soil and food production.

WHAT TO BRING: We will provide all tools including work gloves, but feel free to bring your own gloves if you’d like.  Please bring drinking water and wear long clothes.  No gardening skills needed.

HOW TO JOIN: Sign up by emailing us (see contacts below) or just come out on Friday. Groups welcome.
