Event Description
Pick up a FREE pine sapling tree at one of two Dane County Parks on Earth Day, April 22 from 3-6 p.m. Learn more about the parks, benefits of spending time in nature, and more health & wellness program offerings with Dean Health Plan and SSM Health.
Location details:
• Badger Prairie County Park, 4654 Maple Grove Drive, Verona. Pull into entrance, take first right into the park, follow park road past the barn and dog park to the shelter. Plus, meet the Dean Health Plan president, Les McPhearson from 3:30-6 p.m.
• William G. Lunney Lake Farm County Park, 4330 Libby Road, Madison. Follow the signs to the Lussier Family Heritage Center.
Trees are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
