Restoration Workdays at Donald County Park

This Spring we will focus on eradicating invasive species with hand tools in priority areas so that the native plants can flourish. We work in teams, and no experience is necessary, just a love for the natural world and a desire to help out. We will provide the homemade cookies at break time. Please arrive at 9:45 to check in.

Register: Donald Park is a large park with three parking lots, and our meeting location will vary depending on the area we will be working in. Please RSVP to the work-party leader, Liz McBride, at elizabeth-mcbride@sbcglobal.net by the Friday before the workday so she can give you the specific meeting location and can contact you if we need to cancel.

What to wear: Long pants, long sleeves and closed-toe shoes

What to bring: Water, garden gloves and loppers if you have them, but we have both to lend out.
